Ø  Instrumentation proficient in numerous applications, including: maintaining GC s on call plant wide, maintaining 45 stacks for CEMS on call plant wide, installing and maintaining VOC analyzers, quality assurance for EPA, maintaining history files for ISO 9000 certifications, maintaining history files for ISO 1400 certifications.

Ø  Troubleshoot electronics and analyzers as well as install CEMS systems, servomex 1100, 1400, 2500,4900 sample systems and run chromatograms

Ø  Calibrate Yokagawa GC 1000 and MarkII, Applied Automation Advance, Maxum/Siemens as well as experience with LM6000 gas turbines and Cisco CEMS.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ø  Ability to Interpret Chromatography Graphs. Excellent trouble shooting skills for determining cause by symptoms of graph abnormalities and fixing problems.

Ø  Strong I&E Construction Background. 15 years experience of installing instrumentation, tubing, conduit, GC s and CEMS.

Ø  Work Closely with Third Party Stack Monitoring Testing.  Experience troubleshooting stack emission problems with third party mobile lab to meet EPA standard.

Ø  Ability to Work Unsupervised on call. On call for a $5 billion dollar complex plant wide every five weeks as a team with another coworker if needed. Most calls are a request for one technician.

Ø  Responsible for maintaining calibration data in Logbooks and History files. Strong history for punctuality (meeting requirements for 30 and 90 day cycle times) and maintain records for EPA and ISO 9000 records including report generation for CEMS.

Ø  Parts and Bottle Ordering. Responsible for ordering calibration standards, carrier gases and parts for repair.
