   Provide leadership and oversight for key construction projects valued at $35MM to $45MM; monitor activities and performance of subcontractors and staff members, ensure top-level quality control, and consistently delivery projects on time and on budget.

   Apply dynamic communication skills and in-depth industry knowledge in ensuring complete compliance with all site safety requirements; review, analyze and approve submittals and job specifications, develop comprehensive project plans, and troubleshoot and resolve issues as necessary.

 

2007 to 2008:  Superintendent, Continental Engineering & Construction, Inc., Xxxxxx, UT 

   Handled all assigned construction projects, including multiple simultaneous projects; trained and supervised field crews, planned, supervised, directed, and coordinated project construction activities, ensured accuracy, compliance and consistency of all regulations, policies, directives, practices and OSHA rules & regulations.

   Managed entire life cycle of the permitting process; ensured timely receipt of all required project permits, approvals, work orders and inspections, highly familiar with local, township, municipalities, and borough requirements.

   Performed environmental inspections and established controlled access zones for biological hazards for all PEMB buildings.

 

2000 to 2007:  Superintendent, Camco Construction, Xxxxxx, UT 2000-2007

   Collaborated with Foreman to provide job hazard analysis; maintained compliance with all safety, civil, and structural design requirements, and project managed $30MM to $85MM from inception to completion on all tilt building construction.
