   Provide leadership and oversight for administration of $14MM in Federal, state, and private grants supporting elementary and secondary education initiatives including No Child Left Behind and American Recovery and Reinvestment Act.

   Apply expert-level financial analysis to determine grant spending and fund allocation, while maintaining complete compliance with all fiscal requirements, program rules and regulations.

   Monitor general ledger entries to ensure proper classification of expenditures; prepare budget data to be input into financial and purchasing systems, and systematically review expenditures for compliance.
