   Lead a staff of 22 team members in executing city beautification projects; oversee performance management strategies for general laborers and heavy equipment operators tasked with applying herbicides, collecting trash, and managing 1500 acres of flood channels and detention basins through the city.

   Communicate processes with relevant agencies including the EPA and the NPEDS to maintain optimized compliance status; develop BMPP for flood facilities, and consistently review and improve operations outcomes.

   Lead bridge maintenance, maintain shoulders fin accordance with Xxxxxx County air quality standards; secure new construction permits as needed, maintain requirements for dust maintenance permits, and contribute toward developing annual $6MM operations budget.

   Drive exemplary employee morale; lead performance management and teambuilding strategies to maximize cooperation and productivity.

   Serve as a key team member of the Safety Committee and Financial Committee; currently serving as Safety Officer for Public Works which entails monitoring and implementing safety training, compliance with OSHA standards, and all required reporting.

   Actively ixxxxxxolved in the Employee Development Team tasked with leading employee relations initiatives, the Imagine Committee to enhance PR, community messaging and image enhancement, and contributing toward the development of the organizations formal mission/vision statement.
