   Successful completion of the training for the Middle Years Program (MYP) under the International Baccalaureate Program.

   2007 to 2009 school years - served as the team leader under the department chair for the math department where I was responsible for teacher collaboration and using test data to develop best practices. My experience with Small Learning Communities includes my participation with the planning and organization for the start-up of the Freshmen Academy at Whites Creek High School.

   2009 - served as facilitator for A+ Plus lab for credit recovery.

 

Prior to my career in teaching I worked in the business community for 10 years in the capacity of Assistant Manager in the retail and grocery industries, and also worked as a part time licensed pilot.
